These are the kind of workouts that I’m starting out with as I ease back into things this week. The intention is to work through all the different ranges that I need my legs to perform in. To increase my max range of motion (muscles, tendons, joints, etc.) and get the legs to fire again at those ranges. Basically preparing the body to be able to handle the heavy workload again.
At least that’s my interpretation of my trainers workout. I just do what @mykelshannonjenkins tells me to do, and try to learn as much as possible along the way. 😉
